Here at Puppetuity we have a lot of talented friends. Not all of them have websites but those that do we link to on this page. Go on, have a look at them, you'll be glad you did:
Other Puppeteers, Puppetmakers and Friends:
Curly Ru Puppets - Based in Barcelona, Spain, Curly Ru is the brainchild of a talented performer and puppet maker, specialising currently in educational theatre. If you want a puppet or an education in Spain then she's the place to go. There are plans afoot for a Curly Ru/Puppetuity collaboration show highlighting marine conservation issues in and around the Aegean/Mediterranean that will be fun, informative and a good way for us to go somewhere nice on holiday and get paid for it.
Pupperoos - One of the most professional and nicest puppeteers you will ever meet, based in Sydney, Australia. If you want an interesting story, a nice drawing or a classroom full of engaged children then this is your one-stop-shop in the Southern hemisphere. Thanks must go to Kay at Pupperoos for many of the lovely photographs on this site.
Digital Seagull - Another great company over in Australia, run by Kay Yasugi from Pupperoos.
Odd Doll Productions - A recently formed UK company specialising in the dark corners of the mind and the bizarre. What more incentive do you need?
Lori Hopkins - A talented puppeteer and drama practitioner and one of the founders of Coruscate Theare (below). Bucket loads of experience and great to work with.
Poppenkast - A UK company based around a puppeteer of pedigree, sired (and indeed dammed) by puppeteers. Creative and fun and more often than not out in the open air.
Wax Baby Productions - A UK puppeteer of tremendous skill and experience. Seen puppets? Then you've probably seen some of her work and never realised it.
Coruscate Theatre - An exciting company providing educational services and community projects both in this country and internationally. Run by a friend who is a great puppeteer, performer and creative practitioner.
Mermibridg - Another friend and puppetmaker rather than performer. She's also a supplier, the only one in the UK, of a vast amount of puppetmaking bits and bobs including some great liquid neoprene and the much vaunted Muppet-making Antron Fleece. Check her out and email her, she's very friendly and often has more than her site lets on.
Mochinosha, the Wishes Mystical Puppet Company - A talented puppeteer and puppetmaker based in the wild prairielands of Canada. Well versed in all aspects of stage, video and film production their avowed aim is to open the portal between reality and the realm of dreams to make the world just a little bit stranger. Top guy too :)
Commedia Puppets - A one-woman whirlpool of creative invention, be prepared to journey from the darkly comic to the truly touching.
Treasure Trove Puppet Company - At Puppetuity we do a lot of freelance operating work with other puppeteers as well as our own work. Treasure Trove is one of our major collaborators, a well established company, run by an award winning puppeteer and ex-Deputy Director of The Little Angel Theatre, offering a wide variety of charming shows and workshops.
Naranjarte - A company from Spain that has close links with the LSP. An enchanting mix of puppetry, storytelling and contact juggling.
Jhess Puppets - A globe trotting Aussie we've collaborated with on video and festival work. We met in the UK in the London area but she's now headed back to Melbourne.
Grefintec - An independent company specialising in generating e-learning content. A tremendously talented friend of mine who has helped me to improve the educational content of my workshops within schools and even did the PowToon video on my Workshops page.
